Shipping
Most orders should arrive within 3-10 business days. Personalized and handmade items some may take slightly longer. All orders status communication is done via email, so it is important your email address is accurate and current. If there is any problem filling your order we will email you. We use USPS or UPS.
Gift Wrapping
We wrap most of our items in either Recycled tissue paper or Kraft paper both are tied with Pink or Natural rafia.
Gift messages are available at no additional charge, please input message in the additional information section in the shopping cart when checking out.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your product you have 14 days to return it. After 14 days items returned will receive a credit towards another purchase, up to 90 days.
If you cannot find your packing slip please send your request to customerservice@fabikins.com. Sorry, items that have been personalized cannot be returned unless there is manufacturing defect.

FabiKins Returns
Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Credit Card refunds should appear on your statement next billing cycle.
